Pentica Public Relations draws on the expertise of
principal, Tracy Pendergast, an award winning PR executive with nearly two
decades’ industry experience.
Tracy founded Pentica PR in 2002 and, through amazing results and word of mouth,
the company’s client list has grown to include technology, health and
professional services companies.
With every project, Pentica PR first starts by working to identify the outcome
we need to achieve. We begin by assessing the business context: where is our
client's product or service positioned? Where does it need to be? What
influences will affect the intended customers of that product or service?
From here, we work through the process of identifying which attributes of our
client's products or services need to be highlighted to various stakeholder
groups.
Then - and only then - do
we set about developing the media releases, collateral and other tactics that
will help us communicate with target audiences, alongside performance metrics to
measure our success in reaching and influencing target groups.
